Hilary Farr

==Early life==
Farr was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and grew up in London, England. She was initially interested in pursuing theatre. Her first dabbling with interior design came from helping her mother hunt down unexpected pieces of art and other accessories to decorate her childhood home. She landed part-time jobs in Los Angeles, when she first started renovating homes as well as various film and television show sets.
